Human Resources

In the HR department, a workgroup has been created in order to gather and share all training, management and recruitment proposals. The aim is to provide the Balearic technological industry with competitive raw material, with intellectual assets.

Research, development and innovation (R&D&I)

The Research, Development and Innovation working group gathers and shares the proposals for the promotion, management and R&D&I methodology applications in order to be on the side of new ICT-Tourism products generation, improvement of existing products, and the integration of solutions through cooperation between organizations of the cluster.

Marketing Solutions

The Marketing work group gathers together all promotion proposals for the ICT- Tourism brand in order to identify Balearic products with quality and excellence in tourism technology.

National and international expansión

The expansión work group gathers together all promotion proposals outside the Balearic Islands for the ICT-Tourism products for the establishment of our organizations in new markets.
